Information for Brokers
Arctus Capital recognizes that loan brokers can play a valuable role in procuring financing in today’s unpredictable economy. Accordingly, we will pay a brokerage commission of up to 1% of the gross loan amount funded for Bridge Lending and 2% of the gross loan amount funded for Mezzanine Lending, upon the following conditions:
- Brokers must submit a completed Preliminary Loan Submission Form for review by Arctus Capital;
- No more than one (1) point of commissions will ever be funded from the Bridge loan proceeds or two (2) points of commissions will ever be funded from the Mezzanine loan proceeds; and
- Only Approved Brokers will be compensated, all sub-brokers are the sole responsibility of the Approved Brokers.
